Hello
I am using datatables and datatables editor in my application, with bootstrap styling.
I have one table using editor and bootstrap, and it's not styling correct. On top of the table, Add/Edit/remove buttons and filter are not on the same line, they are not styled with col-sm-6., same on botton, with info and pager.

If you are required to log in, username is "Administrator", and password is "passord" (without w)
Hope somebody is able to help me with this, as I can't find the reason....
